Refund policy

About returns and exchanges

Only returned or exchanged items must be unused. We do not accept items with defects such as tags, labels, outer boxes, etc.

Please contact us by e-mail or telephone about the return or exchange within 3 days after the item arrives.
Please enclose the product and invoice and return it to us within one week from the arrival date.

We will arrange a refund or substitute product within 3 days after the item arrives.
If you purchase more than ¥15,000 (tax included), we will deduct the shipping and cash-on-delivery fees that were considered free. Please understand.
※Shipping will be the actual shipping fee specified by Yamato Transport. (Please note that there is no uniform shipping fee of 660 yen)

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please understand.

  • We do not accept returns if there is no defect in the product.
  • If there is no contact within 3 days after the arrival of the product (including the arrival date)
  • If the return cannot be confirmed within 8 days after the arrival of the product (including the arrival date)
  • Products that have been used once, or products that have been repaired or washed
  • SALE products, pre-orders, back-orders, products that you have purchased in reserve
  • Return or exchange due to customer's circumstances such as customer's order mistake, size does not fit
  • If you return the product to damage it
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • There is no legal cooling off system for mail order


I think that I applied for the contract after making a judgment based on my own will.
There is little need to protect consumers and no cooling off system is stipulated.
